Terms and Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract is required to reserve your event date.
- The retainer will secure future services from Set With Grace and implies that you agree with these terms & conditions.
- Full payment is due 48 hours prior to your event.
- Any requests to reschedule must be made in writing 72 hours prior to your event date and time. We will work with you to reschedule your event based on availability.
- At this time we accept payment through Venmo or personal check.
- You are responsible for all property for the duration of your event. If theft occurs, please contact the local authorities and notify Set With Grace immediately. A police report must be filed.
- You are not to abandon the event location. If you would like to leave early, please notify Set With Grace 30 minutes in advance to retrieve their products.
- All rental items supplied to the Client are property of JAja Holdings DBA Set With Grace unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
- We understand that spills and accidents happen. If the item can be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item. If your rented piece cannot be cleaned or repaired (lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), we will bill you for the replacement cost of the item(s).
- Set With Grace accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained where the Client and/or guests move or incorrectly use items against the recommendation or instruction of Set With Grace.
- Alcohol Consumption: It is the responsibility of the Client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our events. Set With Grace takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties incurred.
